
ISLAMABAD: Ex president Asif Ali Zardari was ordered by the accountability court to appear for a hearing on October 29 thenewstrans news reported on Monday.
The accountability court’s Judge Muhammad Bashir perceived the quotations against the former president. The court had handed out notices to Asif Ali Zardari and NAB, although, no representation from both the sides were seen in the court.
The court had reopened five cases of corruption against the previous leader Zardari. The corruption references included Ursus tractors, Cotecna-SGS, polo ground, ARY Gold and assets references.
Meanwhile, Chairman NAB has taken observe of the nonattendance of prosecutor general during the hearing, administering him to immediately emerge before the court and follow its orders.
